Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 18, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to the STRATEJI service fee shown at Checkout for each engagement. It does not apply to separate government filing fees (see below).
STRATEJI Service Fee
Before work begins: If you request a refund before STRATEJI has begun work on your engagement, the service fee is refundable.
After work begins: Once STRATEJI has begun preparing or submitting your filing, or has delivered any part of the engagement (including a completed consultation), the service fee is non-refundable, because our time and effort have already been spent on your behalf.
Government Filing Fees
Government filing fees (state filing fees for LLC/Corporation formation, FMCSA fees for MC Authority, etc.) are paid to the relevant government agency, not retained by STRATEJI. Once a filing fee has been submitted to a government agency, it is generally non-refundable by that agency, regardless of the outcome of your application. STRATEJI has no control over government refund decisions.
