These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any engagement with Strateji Enterprise Consulting ("STRATEJI").
Nature of Our Services
STRATEJI provides administrative and educational assistance with business formation and compliance matters (including LLC/Corporation formation and DOT/MC/BOC-3/UCR transportation filings). Our assistance is not legal, tax, insurance, or other regulated professional advice. Where your situation calls for that kind of advice, we will say so and point you to the appropriate professional.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information needed to carry out your engagement. Delays or errors caused by inaccurate information provided to us are not our responsibility.
Fees and Payment
The price shown for each engagement is STRATEJI's service fee only. Some engagements (including LLC Formation, Corporation Formation, and MC Assistance) also require a separate government filing fee, paid directly to the relevant state or federal agency. This amount varies and is confirmed with you by phone after your initial payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card information.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Government agencies control filing approval, timing, and requirements. While we prepare and submit filings carefully, STRATEJI cannot guarantee approval timelines or outcomes controlled by a third party.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STRATEJI's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid STRATEJI for the specific engagement in question.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our services or applicable law evolve. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
